Methodology
Analysis
We do intakes, we read, we interview different people, we analyze your business context and we come over to feel your organization. We make a model of your DNA, your strengths and challenges. We map the polarities and check imbalances.
Core Interventions
We believe in small, deep interventions. We try to see what will really move the needle. We plan and adapt. We use a system to unlock the magic and energy. It is about structure, organization, clear roles, culture, relationships, fluffy stuff and skill training.
Embedding
The purpose is to gradually hand-over, so the organization can do it themselves. Therefore we want to embed. There needs to be a good support structure in place for this. We follow-up until we can let go.
